Kindly arrive for your scheduled appointment 10 minutes prior to the starting time. This allows time to fill out
the client form ( for new clients), change, use restroom and prepare for your massage. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY~
I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled time to their appointment. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule. Please note.. the original treatment price will be charged.
Kindly provide at least 12- 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. Clients who fail to show for confirmed appointments will be issued an invoice to pay for missed appointment. Clients who consecutively cancel within the same day as confirmed appointment will be required to pre -pay for any future services and may be billed for missed appointment.
MINORS~ Clients must be age of 18 years or older to receive massage/spa services.
Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted. Tips can not be added to credit card.
Gratuities are not included within your regular treatment price. A gratuity is an added token of appreciation and is kindly accepted by the therapist.
It is highly recommended to redeemed your gift certificate within one year of purchase. Certificates can not
be combined with any other offer/ sale or special promotion. Can not be redeemed for cash or divided
between two different individuals for the same session.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE~
Mary Kelly is a licensed professional and holds to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply additional therapies, with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client.
Requests for any sexual activity, including inappropriate sexual ( jokes or comments) will NOT be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities.
Massage Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions nor are allowed to provide
treatment for a specific condition without a doctor's supervision.
RIGHT TO REFUSE~

EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS~
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently
being taken, and to provide written permission from your physician if applicable. (2016)
